Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us at returns@chikamango.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
